In an excellent location near restaurants and pubs. Connected to a tube station near the hotel. Very good building and rooms with comfortable beds. Gorgeous breakfast with croissants, exceptional service.  

The location was fantastic, at a short distance from a victorian park. I visited restaurants and pubs near the hotel. The room was new-fashioned and spotless with beverages, the shower cubicle actually in the bedroom, coffee as expected.  

It was a very well decorated and comfy hotel in a local area, close to town/beach & pier. The room was both well stocked and good sized with coffee, a really comfortable bed plus a lovely full English 

I loved sensational breakfast, lovely views.

The hotel was situated in the very central location right in the town centre. Besides, a victorian park was just 1 km away.

The place was spotless, I booked the queen room with city views, everything was great. There were exceptionally comfortable beds and great WiFi and coffee inside the room. I really enjoyed the local cuisine served in the beach restaurant.

Extremely comfy bed and unbeatable and fantastic location in the North East area. Short walk to the metro station and Bents Park, which is approximately 10 minutes walk away. Variety of food in the hotel, beach restaurant.  

Appetising coffee, tea, fruit juices, and cereals to every taste. Stocked and new-fashioned room with comfortable beds, pleasant staff.

The location was perfect and magnificent, the room was brand-new. The staff were fairly friendly and extremely polite as well, would definitely book again.

Liked effective Wi-Fi and coffee in the room. Hotel's location was good and perfect, near to the beach. Besides, we were close enough to all shops, sea front and South Shields. The breakfast was great and excellent, with plenty of meals. 

Really enjoyed our rooms for showers etc. The location in a local area was good and fantastic and there were supermarkets and shops nearby. Plus there was a subway station walk from the hotel.

Excellent setting and restaurants and pubs near the hotel. Near many attractions due to excellent access to a tube station. Fairly friendly staff, nicely furnished and new-fashioned room with a lovely view of xmas lights. Sensational breakfasts with croissants.

The room was modern and well stocked - thoroughly enjoyed the good bathroom. The breakfast was gorgeous, such variety, with croissants. The free parking was nearby, brilliant service. The hotel had a good and incredible location in central location
